Roasted Zucchini with Garlic clove Recipe
- Prep time: ten minutes
- Prepare time: fifteen minutes
- Yield: Serves 4
- 1 lb zucchini, each decline in half over the middle, then each half quartered lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic clove cloves
- 1 Tablespoons of extra virgin essential olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Herbes de Provence or dried thyme, or 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped thyme
1 Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Make certain there’s a rack on top rack place within the oven.
2 Toss zucchini and garlic clove with essential olive oil, disseminate onto lined sheet pan: Put the zucchini and garlic clove inside a bowl and toss with essential olive oil.
