Roasted Zucchini with Garlic clove Recipe

  • Prep time: ten minutes
  • Prepare time: fifteen minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4
  • 1 lb zucchini, each decline in half over the middle, then each half quartered lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic clove cloves
  • 1 Tablespoons of extra virgin essential olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Herbes de Provence or dried thyme, or 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped thyme

1 Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Make certain there’s a rack on top rack place within the oven.

2 Toss zucchini and garlic clove with essential olive oil, disseminate onto lined sheet pan: Put the zucchini and garlic clove inside a bowl and toss with essential olive oil.

Spread the zucchini out onto a foil or silicone-lined sheet pan, skin side lower. Sprinkle with salt (1/4 to at least oneOr2 a teaspoon).

3 Roast zucchini: Roast the zucchini at 450°F for 8-fifteen minutes, or until it starts to brown. (Start checking at approximately 7 minutes and checking every couple of minutes.)

4 Toss with herbs, salt, pepper: When the zucchini has began to brown in the edges, take it out of the oven and put the zucchini inside a bowl. Lightly add the herbs and pepper and salt to taste.
