  • 1 (6 pound) pork butt roast
  • 1 1/two tablespoons Hawaiian ocean salt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring

  1. Pierce pork throughout having a carving fork. Rub salt then liquid smoke over meat. Place roast inside a slow oven.
  2. Cover, and prepare on Low for 16 to twenty hrs, turning once during cooking.
  3. Remove meat from slow oven, and shred, adding drippings when needed to moisten.
